Take your culinary experiences to the next level with L.I.V.E. Cuisine by Rebecca Consulting and Culinary Staff Training Services.   On site trainings for senior living facilities, country clubs, restaurants, cafes, and hospital facilities.  Taught exclusively by Chef Rebecca Clare Wyatt.  

Level 1 Culinary Staff Training Course

Designed to intro and train the entry level line cook/ staff the tools to take it to the next level!  This course covers:

  • Knife Skills
  • Meat & Fish Cooking Skills: Burgers, Poultry, Salmon,& Pork for moist perfection to temperature each time!
  • Seasoning Skills: creating blends and learning the skills needed to perfectly season.
  • Introductory Baking: learn the basics of homemade breads and muffins.
  • Breakfast skills: perfectly cooked eggs- sunny side up, over easy, medium, poached, boiled, and fried hard.

Level 2 Culinary Staff Training Course

Designed for the cook/ staff with 1 to 2 years of experience.  This course covers:

  • Preparation of the "Mother" Sauces:  Bechamel, Velouté, Espagnole, Tomato, and Hollandaise.
  • Soup, Chili, and Stew "building" skills: preparing soups from start to finish for perfection every time
  • Preparation of homemade Caesar salad dressing and Classic Vinaigrettes.


Level 3 Culinary Staff Training Course

Designed for the cook /Sous Chef with 3 to 4 years of experience.  This course covers:

  • Skills needed to master the perfect steak every time.
  • Preparation of Chateaubriand, Beef Wellington, and Prime Rib.
  • Preparation of Pistachio Crusted Chicken and Pecan Crusted Salmon.
  • Preparation of Au Poivre and Demi-Glace sauces

Course Costs:

Course costs are $399 per person. All courses are 6 hours in length. Minimum number of participants is 4 per course.  Maximum number of participants is 8 per course.   Does not include the cost of food.
